In terms of consistency of full disclosure I would like to see IMU make an announcement, rhey made an announcement about the creation of the collaboration and so they should disclose the cessation of the collaboration, my thoughts.
But as for the original announcement of the collaboration, this was more "significant" for ALA than IMU, so maybe IMU dont think it is materially important on the scheme of things. Maybe IMU are seeing positive results from onCartlytics that they are going it alone to corner the market.(add microphone drop).
