Pay day is deal day, unless you're a trader anything between now and then is just noise.
need to separate the drug from the share price/SOI, the drug is worth what the drug is worth. BP aren't going to refuse to buy IMU or its vaccines because of our SOI. whether we have 5b on issue or 10b if the drug is worth $100m or whatever that's what they'll pay. just means it's distributed amongst how many shares are on the register.
