O&E possible they offered them the best terms. Not just in the royalties but maybe with having some influence with trail? (Note I’m only speculating, but a good place to start would be to read the announcements where they give these drugs to trail and reading what they say on contract terms and conditions)(I had read a long time ago, but can’t remember all specifics so may be totally wrong with my suggestion here)
