Strong expectations that we will get a .5% interest rate rise today - announced around 2PM. Be interesting to see if the markets have factored in a higher interest rate environment after the initial reaction, or whether there still wil be some small impact in afternoon trade.
I do notice some subdued trade so far today but that could be because the US market was closed overnight.
