Hi AICp, I have heard this as a reason to suppress the share price a lot but it has always confused me how BP or BEOT in general, can keep the price down by selling and yet at the same time buy more than they sell to accumulate.
Also BP or BEOT is not one entity so if one is selling at a low price to suppress the SP another entity should see it as an opportunity unless you're saying they are all colluding
