I assume Apple is only trying to achieve brachial blood pressure and not central aortic. Apple watches fit into the jack of all trades, experts in none category (For the record I have owned one for four years now). They definitely paved the way for wearable health tech, but they are very much lagging behind. Or at least we are seeing a significant emergence of wearables with niche applications and experts in their space. Conneqt should have a heart health niche well and truly ticked off, though. But, like with any product (good or bad), marketing is the most important thing, and I feel Coops can 'make heart health sexy again'.

If health is the new wealth, it's fair to say heart health is on the path to getting there.
