I don't think it has to do with CDX's fundamentals or being unprofessional. The whole market worldwide is in a downtrend and probably will go further down.
On top of it , the constant sale from Cozzi doesn't help to improve the share price either . Any new buy order gets hit by Cozzi's sale order. Untill he is not finished selling...nothing will kick the share price. But that's why we are on a lousy 30 cents.
I never thought that CDX gets down to this price...but with my fundamental research I am happy to wait this out.
I believe CDX management didn't see that coming either....
We are still away from the couple of mayor announcements, we are waiting for...
and hopefully Cozzi finished his selling by then.
After that I expect the share price to move steady forward..IMO
I am not sure if we lost the option to list on the OTC, we might have the option to do the listing later. GL
