something like this? i would usually go for about 80% of range as a target, so for me that's around 90c.
Of course a stock like this is likely to have some sort of big announcement come along and blow the chart out the water (as an example, say a $30m capital injection by Investor A for exclusive use in all trials, so we can list on NASDAQ) but you cant really factor that sort of thing in, or what sort of impact it will have.
