Haven't seen this one posted yet - a few interesting snippets - some of which I hadn't heard before:
- 3:06 Very low capex and opex
- 3:10 short listed 2 construction companies from 10 tenders - confidence in capex +/- several percent
- 3:40 450,000 tonne phase 1 producing about 10,000tpa rare earth - entry stage only - big upside in MRE and massive scalability for later
- 6:40 North and Western pit for Phase 1 will last for 40 years alone
- 9:30 Extra 20,000 tonnes pa NdPr projected to be needed in market by at least 2030 - phase 1 can deliver 2,200 tonnes pa NdPr from the King
- 10:30 NdPr prices projected to recover over next years to $120 per kg from current $65 per kg
- 11:45 90% NdPr value is in NdPrDbTy magnets
- 12:35 Feasibility Study and Project Valuation late this quarter or early 3Q
- 19:00 Subsequent phased growth will see mine operate for over hundred years
- 20:20 Construction phase 1 commence 2Q/3Q this year then should be commissioning end 2025
- 20:50 virtually net-zero 120 kg NdPr per tonne concentrate - high grade and non-radioactive
(2200 tonnes pa NdPr * $65/$100/$120 per kg) - (low capex, opex) = good cash flow from Phase 1 (IMHO)
