well we have two views here.
one expert opinion with experience in the field, and nothing to gain from one outcome or another.
the other who has a barrow to push, loads of money on the line, and a vested interest in a particular outcome.
I know whose view id be listening to.
nothing wrong with taking a punt. maybe closed loops will work this time. but don't pretend it's anything but a punt.
