The important thing is that there are only three asset classes, shares, property and cash.

Anyone who ignores one of them for philosophical reasons is costing only himself as all three have a place in wealth creation.

That statement "Shares have always outperformed property over the long term too" is not correct, it can be argued vigorously as I am sure it will be now that pandoras box has been opened.
