    Median house prices in Queensland were expected to grow strongly in the three years to June 2011. Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast properties were tipped to enjoy a nation-leading 22 per cent growth.

    22% over 3 years isn't exactly 'soaring' is it?

    This is my point re the media when the cut and paste crew come in for the bear side.

    You know what I am picking up on here though? No one actually seems to be able to present a strong enough case for exactly where the property market will head, and I think there is good reason for that, we are all just guessing, all be it educated guesses. That is why it is silly to close your mind off too much based on some news articles and statistics you have read....
