(What I would like this thread to be about is "I want to invest, what are the relative merits of various cities and areas" or "I want to learn the mechanics of property investment, or I want to be better at it, who can help?")
That would be much more helpfull, by almeans if there is a known problem with an area, mention it, but don't go on about the property market collapsing,
"there are always opportunities".
I find it hard to add to the disscussions if all one gets is somebody trying to shread them. I am no expert, but I willing to learn, and willing to help if I am able.
