Ive chosen Bowden and Hindmarsh/West Hindmarsh as my next buy in areas in Adelaide.

The extension (tram) will run down port road to hindmarsh, across to Bowden where it will meet the current train system , which will be electrified.

I like 1900's type villas and row cottages, I have a few around the place, so I guess these type of areas appeal.

Bowden has been long know as an industrial muck but is ever changing as i was pleasantly surprised today.

Worth a look.

Tram extension starts early next year me thinks.

Hindmarsh big houses on large blocks, Bowden close to town, nice rent returns, and can see it becoming more cosmopolitan over the next 2-3 years.
