Hey Greg, I would have to agree with you
- $30 to get in
- $30 to get out
- No rates, taxes and land tax etc
- no tennants to worry about
- no stamp duty, settlement fees etc
I have only been doing the share trading for about 2 years and I certainly have no regrets. But as they say dont put all your eggs in one basket so a property here and there doesn't hurt either.
