Thanks to the last 4 posters, great discussion around this "10,000 modules" (2,500 C-MABR plants approx?) for Gezhouba.
Don't want to labour the point but the this new wording is interesting:-
"As China rushes to meet its FYP goals, the quick deployment of our solutions helped win an agreement to manufacture 10,000 more MABR modules in Changzhou."

"An agreement"---------is this most likely just a quick grab by the writer from the original information in Dec 2016 without too much attention to the wording or is it a hint that progress has been made and the "win an agreement" is actually the "commit to purchase" referred to originally? Wishful thinking by EB?

Yes the whole construction program for many thousands of villages and towns is very daunting, an aspect of delay we really didn't think through. From what we know it appears that the actual construction work of piping the whole village, installing pumps and holding tanks, etc will be done by the local authority under direction from Beijing, cripes can you imagine the number of workers and machines necessary, the planning and approvals process, etc?
Another aspect is that you can't have a sewerage system without reticulated water. So that's a whole project on it's own, wonder if they will use plant effluent via purple pipe for toilet flushing. Maybe as Dungiven has speculated many of these installations will, for an initial time at least, just have a few centralised facilities for villagers to use.

    regards, EB
