    I wonder whether FLC have increased their production capacity (a second line) in anticipation for the increased demand.

    The 2017 Highlights (as others have referred to) mentions an agreement to manufacture 10,000 more.

    The Highlights also says they are producing SUBRE at the China plant.

    I don't think it would necessarily be necessary to inform the market it had increased their production capacity either.
