I don't think it's so grim. The South African government is just one potential client. I think it should come as no surprise that FLC will struggle to sell products to very anti-Israel nations, which South Africa is. There is still the private sector in South Africa.

I would also note that I think there will be an advantage in highly pro-Israel nations like, say... the United States.
