Interesting comment here - was this in response to a question put to Henry, or did he volunteer this info as part of his presentation?
18 months seems quite soon, given the SP is half of what the merger price was set at. That's a lot of momentum they will need to get a US listing off the ground! I thought they were seeking a market cap of $1bn here before listing in the states?
