Can anyone confirm that this is in fact the African 100m MOU that we have been waiting for. The only thing that doesn't seem to add up is that Flience said this was an "exclusive" MOU and that no others would be bidding. Yet this seems that others have, but we were the cheapest. Anyone know? Or do we have another of these in the African pipe work? Gives me faith that we can win it if so
