FLC will only take off if the decentralisation theme takes off. The above site was formed in 2007. Lots of material on whether the theme will become a secular one. From what I read, Henry et al really think the trend has taken off, otherwise they wouldn't have invested in Nirobox and Aspial. Are we at the cusps of a secular trend? Only time will tell.
Again sharing what I have learnt. Not trying to ramp this stock . DYOR.
