That's right, this is a good example of the smaller regional competitors that management have talked about often, who we will encounter in the decentralised space. Their advantages might be local knowledge, relationships etc. This is a Nirobox competitor, and we have seen small competitors in our MABR markets too (e.g. MBR).
Fluence's advantages are global expertise and experience, full suites of solutions, and straight-up economies of scale in terms of numbers of units we can deliver to satisfy mass orders, speed to deploy, and price.
Also highlighted by this example is that we are not beholden to another party in order to deliver our solutions. This company seem to be containerising Evoqua r/o tech, and renting units out. This highlights the challenges (and ultimately decreased margins) faced by these small (essentially middlemen) players and also by Evoqua as they try to cater to distributed markets.
