I found that bit totally bizarre too. Especially the bit in bold!

It reads like the BlueTech researcher was saying membrane costs have the potential to cost twice as much as setting up an activated sludge system? I don't believe this to be the case at all. Does she perhaps mean if they require replacing and/or continued maintenance? Because this is clearly at odds with Ronen's statement prior too. What was with the Freedom of Information Act stuff?! Odd. That makes it feel like they had no real info to go on, but went anyway. Also, who's membrane's did they price? Our spirally wound sheets, or the Zeelung/Oxymem suspended tubular ones? It's all so terribly unspecific.

Anyway, apparently we can expect a BlueTech review of our specific MABR tech soon, as per that link from LinkedIn a little while ago. Hopefully it gives them a clearer, more positive picture of our MABR's economics, because the stuff above is so vague i'm surprised the article even ran with it.
