I like the part where Adam and Francesco explained about our competitive advantage at the mid-size market in the water space. (Question at 20:57)

Adam: "From the recurring revenue side, we are looking at projects that are as low as $3m to a figure up to higher $50m, I would say that in that sweet spot, you're not really attracting the competitions from the Suez of the world, and also the smaller local engineering players don't have the capability to play up to that level. So that is where we think our sweet spot is."

Francesco: "It is also our advantage and differentiation compare to our competition is that you can only be profitable in that smaller spot if you have a standard product. So we are transitioning from the traditional EPC project base typical of the industry to a product company.
So we are very profitable whereas others cannot be because those $5m to $10m projects cannot be approached as an EPC. But we approach with a standard product, we start producing water as fast as within 3 months from signing the contract. An that also drives the open of a market that is unexploited today. (Many) smaller communities that need certain amount of water (in the $3m-$10m range) do not have an option for a distributed solution."
