    i read it the other way? Adam could quite easily have said the IC financial close is expected Q3 or early Q4 rather he specifically said "financial close to happen this Q". Didnt say it is expected to close.

    I found this statement quite bullish, typically FLC have given a larger window in case of delays. I felt confident that he felt confident it would close this Q. I am slightly more confident close will happen this Q then Q4.
