Hi n1, Mark Gelfand through TTV has obviously contributed a tremendous amount of money and commitment to assist many of the local Ethiopian people establish small grass roots enterprises which raise the standard of living and help so many locals.
However is TTV, as our partner in charge of the projects, able to source the engineering talent required? Or probably more to the point is that talent available locally in Ethiopia?
Fluence obviously would be very reluctant to tread on too many toes however as lilac says it is certainly not a good look particularly as Ethiopia is forging ahead and appears to have so much potential for the Fluence technology.
