Could be first news from Anhui Province: possibly related to @chord's earlier post: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/media-update.4513499/page-260?post_id=37258150; which refer's to Kaitian's winning bid for a PPP project for rural domestic sewage treatment in Huoqiu County (covering 26 new treatment plants to increase total sewage treatment design scale of about 17,400 m3 / to about 35,800 m3.) I've attached a copy of the environmental assessment reports for the project.
