We are very fortunate to have some capable people on the ground in China. What is more amazing it was Eytan who assembled the team there before he left. It was not a team handpicked by Henry. Yet, we have to acknowledge Henry's contribution that after he took over, he did not disrupt the team but gave it enough leeway for the team to hire more sales directors, technical staff etc and empowered the team there to carry out their plans. This inspite the fact the team was made up of a diverse group of cultural Asians different from the Israeli's and Europeans at the helm. My point is, Henry gave them a lot of trust despite some hiccups. And they delivered. Management wise, this speaks volumes to me.
