The way Fluence set up its contracts with the Chinese partners means that revenue can be recognised once the goods are made available for pick-up by the customer.
This is because the partner is responsible for installing the Aspirals, not Fluence i.e. we are a component supplier.
This explains why the ramp up in production was necessary ... in order to recognise the revenue in Q4, Fluence must manufacture the Aspiral units ahead of time, so that they can immediately recognise the revenue once the contracts are signed.
