As an aside you mentioned on another thread that during the SPP you received a call from Boardroom asking about your intentions for the SPP. I also received a call from Boardroom - even though I had applied for my allocation electronically a few days previous. A hard copy of the SPP arrived by mail the day the SPP opened.

N1, may I ask, MABR was distinctly a prerequisite for this contract. Does this imply Dingxin Construction and Sinosteel Wuhan Safety have competing MABR technologies they could offer, or are they one of 26 of FLC's partners?
