    Yep and why management are happy to start the design phase etc. Lets hope this means it isn't pushed into 1QT. Although they may have anticipated this and worked out the earnings can be taken 4th QTR as design has started.

    Seems weird all bank dealings would halt during elections especially as they have been ongoing for a long time.
