The best source of the info you want is on the Fluencecorp,com website. You can also subsctibe from there to the Fluence blog which keeps you up to date with all thing Fluence. Fluence also is also on Twitter and send you a couple of tweets per week with links to articles they have written. The amount of information they disgorge is pretty mind boggling.
As for technical terms, which are not really explained, there is always Dr Google, although your eyes may glaze over in some explanations . . The technology is incredibility complex, particularly to someone with no industry experience, like me.
