May not be a demotion of Adam per se, but may be taken as an addition of people in IR, needed for the possibility of getting ready for a dual listing in the US.

My reason for saying this, I noticed this new advert is asking for someone 5-7 yrs, a junior position relative to Adam, who has more than 10 to 15 yrs in the IR/project finance role. If the advert is looking to replace Adam, they should state that they are looking for someone in the 10-15 years expreience range. Note also, position is for IR Manager, not IR Director.

I have a suspicion that Adam will be given more responsibilities in project finance. I declare, purely IMO only. I don't know Adam personally nor have spoken to him directly.
