    Looks like Tierra West and Fluence want to install an Aspiral plant at a man camp in Carlsbad, NM. Then Tierra West want to use the treated effluent for dust suppression. Ronen Barkan presented. The NM environmental department still need more time to assess after this.

    There are at least 140 man camps in Eddy County that are not meeting state and county waste regulations.

    These man camps service the Permian Basin oil fields.
    For Fluence, this opportunity is very similar to the WaterFleet application at the LNG worksite in the Texas Gulf.
