Getting Title 22 is a feather on a cap but it doesn't mean the rest of California will embrace FLC.

In 2016, when I first met FLC, we were told the US held great promise. In 2015, San Francisco passed a landmark ordinance mandating the inclusion of water recycling systems inside new buildings larger than 250,000 square feet (23,000 sq m). Nothing has moved on that. In 2018, when I met FLC again, I was told that Chesapeake Bay was promising with FLC invited to bid. But nothing has been heard from there as well. It is not because of want of trying. The US is a very rock to budge.

I blame it on the conservative nature of US industry players and that the US has turned incredibly inward. Only now in Nov 2019's WEFTEC has FLC said that enquiries from the US has surged. Compare it to China, and how fast they have moved.
