There's a few issues with your post that I question.

I suspect that you're just taking the piss, but point out for the benefit of others the comment doesn't stack up. Management certainly sells the Fluence story in the quarterly updates, sells the Fluence story on their website, and sells the Fluence story on Twitter, LinkedIn and I think Facebook.

If instos are buying shares at say 44c, are we expected to believe they are dumping them at 40c or less? Management can't be issuing shares discounted or otherwise to their mates without filing an appendix 3B, and I've seen no sign of that.

I well understand that you and Mr Rugger want to lash out at management any time there is a decline in the SP, but in my opinion it is totally unjustified
