The sale was originated by the China team where there are connections between these both countries. I like Henry Because he allows and facilitates the forming of such sales channels. He can manage internationally. He has no hang ups that all sales must originate from Israel by Israelis etc. Try inculcating that sense of ownership across cultures, geographical regions. Not easy.
The market judges Henry performance on the share price. That’s too narrow a criteria IMO. Judge them on the milestones.
