Thanks for sharing @funbelievable, I had been looking into this agreement over the past week. Little asx company punching above its weight. The only listed water companies in the nexus are Evoqua, Dupont and Fluence. Some comparisons (I know we are a different beast to those other two companies, but still...)
Evoqua: MC $2.6B p/e 28.9
Dupont: MC $43B p/e 57.54
FLuence : MC $0.178B p/e .7?

The companies will be sharing in $33m aud research funding to focus on three areas of technology development:
Theme 1. Energy-efficient Enhanced Water Supply,
Theme 2. Wastewater reuse and resource recovery, and
Theme 3. Energy-Water Systems.

The BIRD (Binational Industrial Research and Development) Foundation was established by US and Israeli governments in 1977, to promote collaborations between US and Israeli companies in various technological fields for the purpose of joint product development.The foundation has invested nearly $350 million in 974 projects to date, with cumulative sales of products subsequently developed by companies exceeding $10 billion.



How is it that a questionably run asx minnow like Fluence can be chosen to head up the Isreali arm of the US- Israeli Binational Industrial Research and Development nexus?
