    Interesting article about Australia's vulnerability, particularly water treatment in event of war, worse pandemic than Covid -19

    Interesting how FLC decentralisation might be appropriate to reduce the risk vs centralised water infrastructure.

    Im not a prepper but thought other might be interested.
