@ywtoh. It contains a hyperlink that shows this project (which wasn't shown in the contract announcement) can be traced back to the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The ADB contracted Ramboll (a global consultancy company) to provide management support and advice to the Cambodian Ministry of Public Works and Transport. They were financed by the ADB to undertake three sanitation subprojects in the city of Siem Reap, as well as in the three towns Battambang, Kampong Cham and Sihanoukville (Fluence's contract win).
