I enjoy your posts immensely, as yourself, @willchang409 and @chord in particular inspired me to do more research and learn more about the industry and your detailed posts are always a good read.

In terms of bloodhound, I did see that Cambodia blog post before @ywtoh posted it here, and got as far as the links to ADB, but didn't get as far as the Ramboll links, nice work there.

In terms of QSY and the Yanghe Town project, I cannot find any connection between the 2 at this stage. It would seem like a 1600 m3/d plant would be a greenfield SUBRE plant, similar to what has been won in Liaoning, Sichuan and Zhejiang. QSY hasn't really made much noise about MABR since early 2019, so it would be somewhat surprising to me if they are now supporting a decent sized SUBRE plant. It is also quite far away from the original QSY Luoyang site, closer to some of the iTEST projects in Hubei than to Luoyang in Henan. But there are a few other potential partners who are in proximity who could be involved instead. Seeing as there was a tender in Sept 2019, I would think that there would be some additional info out there.

However, something like the Sichuan SUBRE project announced in Oct 2019, has only just had EIA documents approved (links below), obviously there have been some delays with things due to COVID-19. Possibly more might show up regarding that Henan Yanghe Town project in the next few months as well.
