Which brings to me why China is such an amazing place to have embracedg MABR as such a short span of time. Five years is a very time in the water space. In China, it's a stated government policy for SOEs to embrace the latest technology or else leaders bureaucrats will be penalised or even fired for not being visionary enough. That's why they have adavanced so far, so fast. And that's why the west feels threatened.
