Thanks for keeping a look out all the same all the same. This year is the end of the 13th Five Year Plan. I suspect there will be a rush to seal up the bids and lock up the allocated budgets before it is taken back by the central authorities. Hence there will be a lot of newsflow. But we won't find relevant ones in the English press but in the Chinese press where the important audience is:internal China.
