    This is not a ramp even though the price is near EMC’s starting point.

    EMC then was not in China. Now it is. MABR was a concept. Now they have installed +170 plants mostly in China. Then they did not have CES (custom engineering services) to talk of. Now with the merger with RWL, Ivory Coast of $165m project is on the cards.

    Other than the absolute share price, FLC is a whole different animal vs EMC.
