The plan may be to run FLC into distress and perhaps a wealthy billionaire will rescue via a cheap TO. Management will have no choice if there is no alternative. If IC is delayed further we need cash to survive. I doubt they can raise from anyone genuine given the destruction of wealth to date.
Fair chance most raises to date have been dumped back on market at a loss, perhaps to support this distress scenario? Henry getting payed 7 figures and not sharing news based on threshold technicalities is disgusting given the share price performance and current market cap. Lauder saw value at a 400% premium to current prices, and every raise to date has been done between 100-400% premium. None of them seeing value at these levels?? There is a very strong argument for de-listing based on lack of support... IMO this lack of support is 100% manufactured via manipulation. Issues shares. Dump them on market. Destroy support. De-list. The whole reason for the IC contract was leveraging Lauder's relationships IMO. No reason why he couldn't leverage to delay payment....
