A number of posters followed up on this with FLC. It turns out civil and some other components were sourced directly by the owner, which lowered FLCs slice of the project to below its ASX reporting threshold of US $3m. It may explain the unexpected cash flow positive, if a number of project are coming in below the reporting cutoff
None the less a good win for FLC, deserving of more attention IMO.
