    the Canaccord report answers quite a few question except why the sp is where it is when the
    - MC around USD 87M
    - Cash around USD 20M
    - IC cash around USD 50M to be received once Discount Bank of Israel and the Israeli Export Credit Agency (ASHRA) finalise
    Guess IC was more important than a CF+ 4C
