    I followed this up with an email to FLC. The answer is neutral, but provides 3 facts to work with.

    It is the Fluence project

    The media report is inaccurate

    The current status is as stated in the Business Update 30/7/20

    My own interpretation is the negotiations continue as stated, but this looks like some smoke from the other side of the table.
