The question you ask, although it may be seen as flippant, is worth a considered discussion. Most of the data I use here comes from the Canaccord report, which I note the analysts views are declared to be independent and objective (in the fine print disclaimers).
To rephrase the question, it poses the contest between the current share price and the reasons its at circa 18c and where it will be post the receipt of IC monies (US ~$50m, AU $75m)
There is no doubt in my mind that FLC currently has a negative sentiment bias, which should be no surprise as the share price is below its IPO price, leaving all long term holders, that have not traded underwater. On the other hand its growth has been steady, the early risk phase is over.

The prevailing negative sentiment, is IMO being assisted, by the action of the algorithm trades, we witness on most days. Negative sentiment flourishes as investors assign greater risk to forecasts, it is interesting to note in the Canaccord report they assign a 75% success rate to forecasts on MABR, Nirbox and RAAS, and 100 % to CES projects like the IC. After adjusting for risk they derive a current share price value of 53c AU, so there is a wide gap between their considered value and market value of 18c.



With a market cap of AU$ 116m and cash of AU$30m, the addition of AU$ 75m from the IC, skews the cash balance into very comfortable territory. It should be sufficient to rotate sentiment from negative oversold to positive. To expect a re rate seems balanced.
