FLC to be the main partner? So far we've only heard of a finance facility possibly up to a maximum of $50 million, I wonder if Upwell have further plans for FLC, maybe even an equity stake?
Then the cynic in me remembers the big plans with Generate.

If you read about Upwell's plans with their capital investment it has FLC written all over it. Henry also said they are bidding on US projects atm.
